Grange's Summer Dining Series with Scribe Winery
Celebrate the flavors of summer with friends and family at Grange’s first wine dinner series of the summer with Scribe Winery from Sonoma on Friday, July 22 at 6:30 p.m. and enjoy a delicious prix fixe four-course wine pairing menu, carefully curated by Grange Restaurant & Bar and Executive Chef Oliver Ridgeway. The first-course standout dish includes a Bay Scallop Crudo with ambrosia melon, mint, jalapeno and extra-virgin olive oil drizzle, paired with a 2014 Riesling. Main course dishes include a California Black Cod with black bean ganoush, squash, eggplant, tomatoes and blossoms, paired with a 2014 Chardonnay; Pressed Soil Farms Guinea Hog with a plum, porcini, pistachio dukkah topped with a jus, paired with a 2014 Pinot Noir. To top it off, indulge in a Manjaree Chocolate Tart with cola, tobacco and red berries, paired with a 2010 Cabernet. The dinner is $99 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
